Last year I had lots of fun in France and it was a great class trip. We left on October 15th and stayed for 3 nights.

    In the morning, my mother drove me to my school. After I said goodbye to her, I jumped on the bus excitedly. The trip on the bus to the ferry（渡船）was about 3 hours! The ferry ride was only about one hour. When we finally arrived, we got on another bus. It took us to the hotel.

    The next day was Wednesday and a big day-we went to Disneyland Paris! My favorite ride was Space Mountain. We spent about 5 hours at Disneyland Paris. I had a lot of fun!

    On Thursday, we went into a forest（森林）. We had a picnic（野餐）there. After the picnic, We walked out of the forest and across the road to a small museum.

    This was the last day of our trip. We had some breakfast and then got on the bus. On the bus, we talked about how fun the trip was. When we got on the ferry, we all said goodbye to France happily.

It was a cold aftermoon in the late autumn. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(树叶) tuned yellow and fell off the trees. Jack was walking home alone after school. He kept his eyes on the ground. His mind couldn't stop thinking about his math exam. He {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(失败) the math exam. He studied really hard and always wanted to get good {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(分数) on his exams.

As soon as he walked through his beautiful {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(花园)，his mom came up. Jack's feelings were written all over his face. "What's wrong, son?" Without any words, Jack just went into the house and {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(躺) on his bed.

"Jack,don't keep {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (沉默的). Whatever has happened,we are always {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(骄傲的) of you." "I didn't do well in my math exam." Jack replied." We can improve ourselves by {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(避免) making some careless mistakes.. We need to understand how to use our time {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (明智地). That's what we {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(确切地) need."His mom suggested.

Jack smiled. He knew his parents were always there for him.

My father is a cook. He makes delicious food for the workers in 1 factory. The workers love him very much. I also love him, but sometimes he can 2 "stupid". 

One day, I went 3 with him. When we got home, he counted how much money we still had. Suddenly, he told me something was wrong. We got 50 yuan more than we 4 . "That's great! You can buy me the cartoon book," I said. My father said nothing but asked me 5 back to the shop together. I didn't want to follow because no one knew 6 . "It's stupid to go back," I said. 

"It will not be stupid! Being honest （诚实的） is more important than anything!" My father shouted 7 me angrily. I looked into his eyes and 8 he was right. 

When we gave back the money, the salesgirl thanked us a lot. On our way home, 9 father stopped me and asked, "Do you still want that cartoon book? Let's go for it!" I looked at my "stupid" father and answered loudly, "Dad, you're the 10 !"

Fred had something important to tell his family. Everyone in his family 1 to sit at the dinner table and listen.

"I'm going to take part in the Olympics," he said.

"2 a fourth-grader do that?" asked Anna, his younger sister.

"I'm not going now. I'll go when I'm a little 3 ." Fred shook his head. "I've studied 4 the athletes become the best. That is practice. If I practice 5 enough, I can't fail."

"Sounds like a big challenge," said Dad. "Which sport will you take up?"

"I 6 up my mind yet," said Fred.

After a month's practice, Fred got hurt again and again when he 7 to find out which sport for him. "I don't think I can find a sport right 8 me," said Fred.

The following Sunday, the family sat down for dinner as usual.

"I've decided not to play a sport," said Fred.

Everyone was surprised.

"You're giving up on 9 Olympic dream?" said Anna.

"I didn't say I was giving up," said Fred. "I'm still going to the Olympics."

Anna looked puzzled. "How can you go 10 you don't do a sport?"

Fred held up a book titled Is Sports Medicine the Career for You? "Over the past few weeks, I've discovered that athletes need 11 medical help. So I am going to become 12 sports doctor. I'll still go to the Olympics — 13 as a doctor, not an athlete." Fred answered confidently.

"Now that is 14 challenge, Fred!" said Dad. "I'm sure you would do as well as you can 15 your dream."

When I was 5 or 6 years old, I was a naughty (调皮) boy. One day, I tried to steal gum from the drugstore when my1 took me shopping. I stood in front of the gum shelf, waiting for the right moment. After about302 , I finally made my move, just as my mum was calling me to3 . As we walked away, a store worker walked up to my mum and told her that I had taken a pack of gum.

My mum was really angry and insisted that it was4 for me to do so. She thought her son was honest, good, and 5 lied or did anything bad. However, the store worker explained that all the workers, from the very beginning, had been watching me for half an hour. It was challenging for them to wait so long before I 6 did it. To prove they were wrong, my mum searched me, checked my pockets, and found7 . The man was surprised, and my mum was proud and even scolded (责备) him.

Seeing the man's face turn red, I felt very sorry. I had to make a choice. As he started to walk away, I 8 my cap, reached inside, and offered the pack of gum to him. I said 9 with all my heart. Both the man and my mother were shocked, for different reasons.

Though I was punished, I felt less guilty because I10 becoming a worse person. Better late than never.

Here I'm going to share my ideas of the gardens. In the {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(底部) of my heart, I've always believed that developing a beautiful garden requires more than just being

{#blank#}2{#/blank#}(耐心), it needs lots of {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(关注) to detail and a deep understanding of {#blank#}4{#/blank#}(物理). My {#blank#}5{#/blank#}（亲戚）, who is a gardening expect, once shared with me the {#blank#}6{#/blank#}（秘密）to creating a perfect garden: it's all about{#blank#}7{#/blank#}(对待)each plant with love and {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(知识). To {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(表达) this passion for it , it takes time and at the same time you need to practice reviewing what you have done and what you have heard from others . Practice makes perfect, it doesn't matter whether you're {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(天生的)with the abilities or not , so whether you're planting a seed or designing a large landscape, remember that true beauty in a garden comes from the care and effort you put in.
