    The running of the bulls is a nine-day traditional Spanish festival in honor of Saint Fermin in Pamplona. They open champagne(香槟酒) mostly used for sprinkling(撒) other people.

Then they shoot the second one when the bulls are out in the streets. Six bulls which are trying to attack the participants from behind run down the 900-meter-long street with a lot of spectators.{#blank#}3{#/blank#} All of the six bulls are going to be killed at the bullfight in the stadium.

    The bullfight in the stadium begins at half past six in the afternoon. First, there comes the first bull. There is also a person called “picador”{#blank#}4{#/blank#}That makes the bull very wild and it starts to run all over the stadium. Later when the bull is tired, there comes another person—a “matador” who kills it with an arrow{#blank#}5{#/blank#}At the end of the celebration, another rocket is shot as a sign that the bullfight is finished.

The Value of Tears

    Sometimes people become much stressed and can't cry. Whatever emotion they are feeling – shock, anger, fear, or sadness—is being held back.

Psychologist Vera Diamond explains that her treatment often consist of giving people permission to cry. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Patients practice crying just to become used to expressing emotions. She suggests safe, private places to cry, like under the bedcovers or in the car. Crying is a way of ease tension, but people don't like it when others cry because it makes them tense. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}And they'll do just about anything to make you stop.

    In certain situations, such as at work, tears are not appropriate. It's good not to cry during a tense business discussion.{#blank#}5{#/blank#} You should also act out the whole situation again and be as noisy and angry as you like. It will help you feel better. “And,” she adds, “Once your tears have taken away the stress, you can begin to think calmly of ways to deal with the problem.”

    Tears are a sign of our ability to feel. If you find yourself near someone crying, deal with it. And never be afraid to cry yourself.

Start with reaching out for support. Lack of social support can lead to decreased resilience. While it's easy to let go of important relationships in our busy lives, {#blank#}2{#/blank#} Good relationships are a pillar (柱状物) of rock for resilience and are a source of support when the times get tough. And cultivating your sense of humor is also a plus. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Humor helps you to gain perspective during hard times. It also improves your sense of well-being through an increase in dopamine (多巴胺) levels in your brain, and can ultimately increase your overall health.

{#blank#}4{#/blank#}Having goals and dreams increases resilience. A lack of purpose and goals reduces resilience and may leave you open to being taken advantage of, manipulation (操纵), and poor life choices;it reduces your sense of control over your life, which can easily lead to depression and anxiety.

Be a person of action. Being idle can lead to less resilience, but being active and tackling your problems head-on can promote your ability to deal with tough situations. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} Instead, do something about the situation.
