    It's important to try to eat well and get lots of sleep before a test. If you don't give your mind a rest, it may not work as well as it can.

Doing exercise really helps

    Whether you are playing football, going for {#blank#}9{#/blank#} walk or riding your bike, exercise can really help you to feel less stressed. Then you can feel {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (good) and get more energy!

    Daisy is a little girl. She had an unhealthy lifestyle before. She liked eating junk food very much, {#blank#}1{#/blank#}hamburgers, fried chicken and chips.
