How can you get the most information from a book? Here are some suggestions that can help you effectively(有效地).
Read whole thing.
When you're learning something by reading, it's (important) to have a general idea than to understand every detail. In fact, no matter how (careful) you read, you won't remember or understand all of the details. So (remember) the main points will be OK.
Decide how much time you will spend.
