   "You see, Susie, when someone is sad, they have trouble{#blank#}3{#/blank#} the little things like cooking dinner or other chores. Because Mrs Smith is  our neighbor, we .need to do some thing to help her. Mm Smith won't ever be able to talk with her daughter or do all those wonderful things {#blank#}4{#/blank#}  mommies and daughters do together. You are a very smart girl, maybe you'll think of some way {#blank#}5{#/blank#}  care of Mrs Smith. "
   Susie thought seriously about {#blank#}6{#/blank#}  she could care for Mrs Smith. A few minutes later, .Susie knocked on her door. Mrs Smith answered the knock with a "Hi, Susie.”
   From her sad look, Susie noticed that Mrs Smith must {#blank#}7{#/blank#}  for a long time. "What can I do for you, Susie?" asked Mrs Smith.
   "My mommy says that you lost your daughter and your heart is broken." Susie held her hand out shyly. In it was a Band-Aid(创可帖). "This is for your broken heart.” Mrs Smith burst into tears. {#blank#}8{#/blank#}  her tears she said, "Thank you, darling girl, this will help a lot."
   Mrs Smith accepted Susie's {#blank#}9{#/blank#}  and she put Susie's Band-Aid in a small picture frame(相框). She feels a little{#blank#}10{#/blank#}  every time she sees it. She wisely knows that healing takes time and support.

    Last week, I took a group of officials for a week's trip to Taiwan. We {#blank#}2{#/blank#} all around the island. There are lots of fascinating {#blank#}3{#/blank#} on the island. My favorite is the Sun Moon Lake. You may ask why people call it so. If you {#blank#}4{#/blank#} high up over the lake and look down from your plane, you'll find the answer {#blank#}5{#/blank#}. In the middle of this lake, there's a small island that is {#blank#}6{#/blank#} Lalu. On one side of Lalu, the lake {#blank#}7{#/blank#} like the sun, and on the other side it looks like the moon. That is why people call it the Sun Moon Lake.

    There are many {#blank#}8{#/blank#} around this lake. One of the nearest is Mount Ali. We stayed there for three days. We also {#blank#}9{#/blank#} a dancing party with Gaoshan people there.
