    Boris is a shop assistant(店员)at a large bookshop called Book Express．He likes his job very much because he can see a great variety of books．Boris is a true "bookworm"．He enjoys reading all kinds of books：storybooks，news magazines，novels，comics and so on．He knows many good books too．He often helps his customers to find books with his computer．Boris is busy during the lunch hour．There are a lot of people in the bookshop．Many students and office workers rush in to buy their favourite storybooks or magazines．But he is not as busy in the afternoon．Usually he takes a novel from a bookshelf and reads it behind the checkout counter．

    There are forty students in our class. There are ten boys. There are thirty girls

Everyone in Mr. Brown's family is going to be busy this weekend. On Saturday Morning, Mr. Brown is going to the bank. Mrs. Brown is going to buy some food. Their daughter Ann is going to do her homework. Ann's brother Tom is going to do his homework, too. In the afternoon, they're going to visit Ann and Tom's grandparents. They're going by train because Ann and Tom's grandparents' home is far from theirs. They're going to come back home on Saturday afternoon.

Jack has some new pencils. They are red, black, blue, white, yellow and green. Jack likes them very much. He draws with them. Now he is drawing a house. The door is yellow. The walls are green. The windows are blue. How nice it is! In front of the house he draws some yellow flowers. There is a black and white sheep behind the house. We all like the picture. We say we will put it on the wall of our classroom.
