My name is Li Jia. I live in Beijing. I like doing different things in different seasons.In spring, it is warm and windy.I can fly kites when it is windy. Sometimes I go hiking(去远足)with my parents. Summer is sunny and hot. So I can go swimming every day. It make me healthy and strong.Autumn is a harvest season. I like it because I can eat delicious fruit in this season.Winter is cold and snowy.When it snows，everything is white. I can play with snow, make a snowman and skate(滑冰).So I like winter best.

    Fast food is any food that is quick，convenient and usually inexpensive ．Vending(出售)machines are probably the most common places to find fast food．It's so popular because for under$5.00 you can usually get a meal．Fast food is not expensive because it is usually made with cheaper food such as high fat meat and high sugar food．There is not enough fresh fruit or vegetables in it．

    It's true that fast food is bad for us．If you eat too much fast food over a long period of time，it can lead to health problems．

    Autumn comes in September, October and November. It is cold and windy. The leaves are red, brown and yellow. They fall and fall.

    Winter comes in December, January and February. It is very cold and windy. I can hear the wind. It blows and blows.
