My name is Jim White. I live in America. I had a very {#blank#}1{#/blank#} experience on Sunday. I saw a UFO in the daytime. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} this spring, I went outside with my friend Bill {#blank#}3{#/blank#} lived close to me. We were walking to a hill {#blank#}4{#/blank#} I saw a large bright light dancing in the sky. I called Jim and asked him to look up. He kept {#blank#}5{#/blank#} , “What is that?” “A UFO!” I shouted excitedly. I{#blank#}6{#/blank#} it was round and red in the center.
After we looked at {#blank#}7{#/blank#} for a moment, we found it seemed that it had wings, but it was still round. Bill would not believe me when I told him it {#blank#}8{#/blank#} be a UFO. We shouted{#blank#}9{#/blank#} it and we wished that it would land. We wanted to know {#blank#}10{#/blank#} there was an alien in it. But soon it disappeared. I guessed we scared it off.

    When I was six years old, I hurt my legs and spent a lot of my first grade year in the{#blank#}1{#/blank#}. Mrs. Nelson, instead of letting me fall behind my classmates, came to my bedside and helped me{#blank#}2{#/blank#}my lessons. She would not let my illness {#blank#}3{#/blank#}me from learning. Mrs. Nelson was not {#blank#}4{#/blank#}in who I was, but who I might become. She told me to believe in{#blank#}5{#/blank#}and encouraged me a lot.

    There is always a problem. When it comes to shopping, my mother and I have always{#blank#}1{#/blank#}on what fits me well. To me, if it zips(拉上或拉开拉链), it fits. My mom, however, usually tells me I need a bigger size.

    When I was a teenager, I wanted to dress like my friends, but my body size made it{#blank#}2{#/blank#}. When mom told me something didn't suit me, {#blank#}3{#/blank#}I needed a bigger size, all I heard was that I was fat.

    To avoid arguments, we stopped going shopping together. This continued{#blank#}4{#/blank#}I got engaged(订婚)last year and needed to buy some clothes. When I{#blank#}5{#/blank#}on a blouse, my mother looked at me, and I knew what was coming, "You need a bigger size."

    I tried to hold back my tears(眼泪). Maybe I could buy it alone, but my mom is my favorite person to {#blank#}6{#/blank#}with. The idea of looking for a wedding dress{#blank#}7{#/blank#}her seemed so scary to me.

    And so the day came. As I tried on a simple white dress, I saw tears in my mom's eyes. "You look beautiful!" she told me. {#blank#}8{#/blank#}could have shocked me more.

    This one didn't zip up and I did actually need a bigger size, but my mother told me how beautiful I looked. In that moment, all the arguments in the past{#blank#}9{#/blank#}. We didn't buy a{#blank#}10{#/blank#}that day. We decided to see more.

    A few weeks later, we found the perfect dress. We both loved it as soon as I put it on. Then I also found the perfect fit for our shopping relationship.
