Jean is a bright young girl who comes from a rich and famous family. But the problem is that {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (每个人) in Jean's family is so busy that they can hardly find time to be with her. They often leave her alone at home during holidays. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (事实上)，Jean is quite lonely. and {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (不开心的). So Jean spends a lot of time on her QQ. She uses the name Linda on QQ and has made a lot of friends who she keeps in {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (接触) with quite often.  Last year Jean made a very special friend on QQ His name was David and he lived in San Francisco. David was full of stories and jokes. He and Jean had a common {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (兴趣) in rock music and modern dance. So it always took them hours to talk happily on QQ and sometimes they even talked at {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (午夜). Of course, they wanted to know more about each other. David sent a {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (对) of pictures of himself: He was a tall, good-looking young man with a big, happy smile. As time went by, they became good friends and often sent cards and small things to each other. When Jean's father told her that he was going on a {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (生意) trip to San Francisco, she asked him to let her go with him so that she could give David a {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (惊喜) for his birthday. But when she arrived at the {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (地址) that he gave and knocked on David's door in San Francisco, she found that her special friend was a twelve year-old boy named Jim!

    In the evening, Dorthy decides to go into small house in the trees. She is very t{#blank#}1{#/blank#}-and lies down on the leaves with Toto and they fall asleep. The Scarecrow stands near the door. He is very tired because he has n {#blank#}2{#/blank#}brain.

    The next morning they leave the small house and look for a stream of the fresh water. Suddenly they h{#blank#}3{#/blank#} someone groaning. It is the Woodman, a man made of tin, holding an axe in his hands. He is not m{#blank#}4{#/blank#} at all but groaning.

    Dorthy r{#blank#}5{#/blank#} back to the house and finds the oilcan the Tin Woodman tells her. Then she puts some oil on his necks, arms and legs. He turns his head and bends his arms and legs" when it r {#blank#}6{#/blank#}, I get wet and then I can't move". The Woodman say" Who are you?"

    I am Dorthy and this is the Scarecrow. Dorthy explains" we are going to see the great OZ in the Emerald City". I want to ask send me b {#blank#}7{#/blank#}Kansas. The Scarecrow wants to ask for a b{#blank#}8{#/blank#}." "Can OZ give me a heart?" The Woodman asks "I don't know", Dorthy a{#blank#}9{#/blank#}. "Come with us and ask him."

    They all start w{#blank#}10{#/blank#} back to the yellow brick road.
