Spring Festival is l he start of a new lunar(阴历的)year.

    Before Spring Festival, people sweep bad luck so that the new year will start with good luck. There are a lot of (tradition) for Spring Festival. People clean (they) houses, cut their hair, and buy lots of new clothes to before Spring Festival. They paint the doors red, red is a "lucky colour".

    Old people give young people (luck) money. People eat jiaozi the evening before Spring Festival.

    Then there (be) a dragon dance and a lion dance. (this) bring good luck for the new year. It's Great time, and everyone feels happy.
