    Last year,I went shopping in a department store.Little do I know that I was heading for a very new experience. While I was walking around the store,I happened to see the foreigner trying to explain herself with a salesman. Gathering her courage,I decided to step in and helped her explain herself.Fortunately,I could understand that she was talking about,so I just translated it into Chinese.

    I felt glad for able to help her and talk with her.She said that she was a student like me and was touring China lonely.She told me about some experience she had touring the country.Although I won't see her again,but it's good to meet someone like her from another country.

    It is well known that one of the aims of UNESCO is to protect and preserve culture and natural heritage. Our heritage is the precious gift from the past, and it is also what we live with today. I believed some of you may have visited Mount Tai and Mount Huang, or have been to Jiuzhaigou. Many people just find unbelievable that so beautiful places exist in this world.

    Last Friday, our class pay a visit to Beijing Planning Exhibition Hall, where started with a warm welcome from a guide at the entrance. Once inside, we attracted to an exhibition that gave a vividly account of Beijing's history. To my excitements, on a huge map I could even find what my local area was liked years ago.     Last Saturday, our school had organized an activity to visit the children at a local orphanage. As one of the volunteer, I took part in it. We took many books as well many kinds of school supplies and toys to the children. They were delighting to receive the gifts. In the morning, we played some games with them where we used to play in our childhood. Then we cooked and had lunch here. In the afternoon, we gave them some performances. Before leaving the orphanage, we had photos take with them and gave them our contact details so that they could keep in touch with one another. Each of us had the happy time. We gave the children our care and help, but in return, they gave us their smiles and love.

    Next month I would go to Beijing to take part in the students English speech contest. I find it easily to remember English words as well as the grammar rules. However, what worries me a lot of is that I am really having trouble in use language. Sometime I cannot express myself with proper English. Would you please do me a favor?
