You may think there is nothing but sand in the desert of the world, but it is not true. In the desert we can{#blank#}1{#/blank#} stones. We can see hills, too. There is a little rain in the {#blank#}2{#/blank#} , but it is not  {#blank#}3{#/blank#}  for most plants.
　　The animals are{#blank#}4{#/blank#} to the desert people in many ways. The desert people eat the meat and drink the milk of the animals. They use their skins to  {#blank#}5{#/blank#}  shoes, water bags and even tents(帐篷). They use the camels(骆驼) for {#blank#}6{#/blank#} things.
The people of the desert have to keep {#blank#}7{#/blank#}  from places to place. They must always look for grass or desert plants for their animals. They usually live in the tents. When there is mo more food for their animals, they take down their tents, put them on the camels and move to {#blank#}8{#/blank#} place. The desert people are very  {#blank#}9{#/blank#} . No man in the desert would ever refuse to help the people in {#blank#}10{#/blank#} and give them food and water

    2017 is coming. That's to say that some things will come to an end(结束)， and some things will {#blank#}1{#/blank#}. It's time for us {#blank#}2{#/blank#} New Year's resolutions. Well， what are my New Year's resolutions?

    As for studying， I'm not good {#blank#}3{#/blank#} history. In the {#blank#}4{#/blank#} year， I will study hard at it. In English， I'm not good， {#blank#}5{#/blank#}. To improve(提高) it， I plan to listen to the teacher {#blank#}6{#/blank#} in class and watch more English TV {#blank#}7{#/blank#}. I think good health is very necessary. So I plan to eat fast food {#blank#}8{#/blank#} and exercise more. Of course， I {#blank#}9{#/blank#} more time helping my parents with housework.

    Jane and Sally are my new classmates. They{#blank#}1{#/blank#}very nice. Jane{#blank#}2{#/blank#}from Canada and Sally is{#blank#}3{#/blank#}  America. They {#blank#}4{#/blank#}English. Many students in our class {#blank#}5{#/blank#}English a lot{#blank#}6{#/blank#}I like it a little.So my {#blank#}7{#/blank#}is not very good. Jane and Sally often help me{#blank#}8{#/blank#}it. They like Chinese very much. But their Chinese is not good, so I help{#blank#}9{#/blank#}. We are good{#blank#}10{#/blank#}and we help each other.

    This summer, my family and my aunt's family went to {#blank#}1{#/blank#} Parks in Canada. We spent most of the time hiking(徒步).

    One day, we hiked to a popular hiking way in Canada. Everything was beautiful. My cousin and I saw lots of {#blank#}2{#/blank#} animals like squirrels(松鼠) and chipmunks(花栗鼠). Surprisingly we saw a chipmunk with dirty hands. His hands were {#blank#}3{#/blank#} of berry juice! My cousin and I named it Jairo. We 7{#blank#}4{#/blank#} that Jairo was a very clever chipmunk. He {#blank#}5{#/blank#} us the whole time. My cousin said, “Do you want to shake {#blank#}6{#/blank#}with him?” So I held out my hand. I could {#blank#}7{#/blank#}believe it when he touched my hand! It was the {#blank#}8{#/blank#}time in my life I had touched a wild animal. I did it! What an {#blank#}9{#/blank#} moment!

    At that moment, I believed that animals could be friends. People and animals should live together {#blank#}10{#/blank#}.
