    Last Sunday Mr. White and his wife went to see a film. They arrived home very lately . Mr. White unlocked the front door and they all went into the house.     The first monthly exam which I took as a high school student held at the end of September. Unluckily, I performed poorly in mathematics and chemistry, all of which used to be my strong subject. As a result of, my total test score fell greatly and ranked 400^th in our grade. I feel upset and my mother suggested I spend some time in my hobby—fishing for relaxation. Driving by my mother's suggestion, I went to a pond on a weekend. There I fished for a whole day but calmed myself down. The joy from fishing successful pushed me out off low spirits.

    When I was at secondary school，I often played the football with my friends on the playground. We used to taking these games very serious，because we didn't know whether the sports teacher was watching. Maybe one of us would get pick for the school team! Then one day it happens. After a sports lesson the teacher asked me I wanted to play for the team the following Saturdays. He wasn't promising that I would play and he said I would certainly be a substitute. He felt so proud and exciting. I actually played that Saturday and soon got a regular place in the team.

    All of we students want to grow up healthily and happily. Here are my tips to you to achieve this goal.

    First of all, we should have the positive attitude to life. As we all know, there is not only sunshine but also hard times in our life. So when face with difficulties, we should fight against them bravely. Moreover, working hard is essential that it will contribute to realizing our goal. The reason is because knowledge is power. Only by working hard we get the power to make contribution to our motherland. Final, taking exercise regularly and having balanced diets is also of great importance.

    The healthier we are, the happier we will be.

    I'm sitting in the warm night air with a cold drink in my hand and reflecting on the days. It's a day of a pure magic! I went snorkeling on the reef offshore this morning. Seen such extraordinary beauty, I think every cell in its body woke up. It was like discover a whole new dimension of life. The first thing I became aware was all the vivid colors surrounding me. And the fish don't mind me swimming among them. Therefore, there were other creatures what I didn't want to get too close to. What a tiny spot I was in this enormously world.
