Today is the Lantern Festival(元宵节), a Chinese festival. I invite my grandparents to come to my home. My friends also come. We have yuanxiao for breakfast. It is very delicious. Then we go to watch the yangge dance on the square. How interesting! In the evening, we watch the beautiful lanterns (灯笼). Everyone has a nice day.

    One day, a monkey was looking for food. He came to a fence. There were a lot of big peaches inside the fence. He tried to get inside. But he failed. At last, he found a hole in the fence. But the hole was too small for him to go through.

    "What should I do?" the monkey thought. He wandered around the fence.

    Day after day, the monkey became thinner and thinner. At last, he could get through the fence.

    He ate a lot of peaches. He became fatter and fatter.

    He wanted to go outside, but the hole was too small for him. He couldn't eat anymore! He waited and waited. Eventually, he became thin enough to go out.

Lingling and Amy are in the park in London. They're talking about it.

Lingling: Amy, there weren't any swings or flowers near the house before. But there are many flowers everywhere now. I like them.

Amy: Look there, Lingling. There is a pond.

Lingling: Great!

Amy: Do you like the park now, Lingling?

Lingling: Yes, I do. It's a lovely park. I like swings, slides, ponds, flowers and birds.

Amy: I like swings, too.

     My name is Lucy. I eat different kinds of food every day. For breakfast, I usually have a glass of milk and some fruit. At lunch time, I have my box lunch a cheese sandwich, a yogurt (酸奶)and orange juice. I don't eat school meals, because I don't like them. When I get home from school, I usually have a snake（零食）some nuts and some fruit. For dinner, I often have fish with salad or rice. I sometimes go to a restaurant with my parents on the weekend. We have steak (牛排) and salad. Actually, I don't like eating too much meat. I think eating healthy food is very important. I eat fruit and vegetables every day. What's your favorite food?
