On Christmas Day, Mike gets up at six twenty. He quickly puts on the clothes and looks for his present in the stocking. "Wow, what a lovely toy dog! I like it very much." he says happily. But his little brother says," it's for me. My present." Then he runs down to the ground floor to see what's in the box. He shakes（摇） the box and listens. His sister, Nancy comes to him," Oh, Mike, you are taking my present." "What? Open it and have a look!" Then they open the box and a pretty dress is in it. Mike looks around, and he sees a box for him under the tree.

    There is a frog(青蛙). He lives in a well(井) and he never(从未) goes out of the well. He thinks the sky is as big as the mouth of the well. One day a crow (乌鸦)comes to the well. He sees the frog and say, “Frog, let's have a talk.” Then the frog asks, “Where are you from?” “I fly from the sky,” the crow says. The frog feels surprised (惊讶)and says, “The sky is only as big as the mouth of the well. How do you fly from the sky?” The crow says, “The sky is very big. You always stay in the well, so you don't know the world is big.” The frog says, “I don't believe (相信).”But he crow says,“ You can come out and have a look by yourself.” So the frog comes out from the well. He is very surprised. How big the world is!

    This is my bed room. There are two windows in it. Near the window there are some red flowers. A map of China is on the wall. You can see four shoes and a basketball under my bed. There are trousers and a coat on the bed. Many school books are on my desk. And there are three lights in my bedroom. One is on my desk, and the other two are near my bed.
