Maybe you always wonder why your pocket money disappeared so quickly. Well, this may be {#blank#}1{#/blank#}you don't have a careful plan.     In November 1979, pupils in England were able to watch a new TV program called Monkey. Most of them were hearing this story for the {#blank#}1{#/blank#} time. However, this story is not new to Chinese children. The Monkey King or Sun Wukong is the {#blank#}2{#/blank#} character in the traditional Chinese book Journey to the West.

Sometimes he can make the stick so {#blank#}8{#/blank#} that he can keep it in his ear. At other times, he is able to make it big and long.

    The Monkey King has excited the children of China for many years. And as soon as the TV program came out more than 30 years ago, Western children became {#blank#}9{#/blank#} in reading this story because the clever Monkey King {#blank#}10{#/blank#} fighting to help the weak and never gives up.

    One Christmas Eve, Santa landed his sleigh(雪橇) on a house with his bag of toys and slid down the chimney(烟肉). Once he was inside the house, he {#blank#}1{#/blank#} went to work, setting out the toys he had brought to the Reilly twins, Erin and Pat.

    After it was down, Santa {#blank#}2{#/blank#} a plate of cookies and a glass of milk set out with a note that read-for Santa. Santa sat down in a big chair and soon found he had {#blank#}3{#/blank#} the whole plate of cookies and had drunk the whole glass of milk. The only problem was, he had eaten too much and now he and his bag did not {#blank#}6{#/blank#} in the chimney. Santa went back to the Christmas tree and placed a few more {#blank#}7{#/blank#} under the tree from his bag and again he {#blank#}8{#/blank#} climbing up the chimney. Again, he did not fit. So he went back to the tree and this time, he placed every gift in his bag {#blank#}9{#/blank#} the tree. At last, Santa with his{#blank#}10{#/blank#} bag was able to climb up the chimney.
