It also {#blank#}5{#/blank#} many people lose weight. One 25-year-old woman teacher runs for half an hour in the morning five times{#blank#}6{#/blank#}week. She runs to lose weight. “I feel comfortable and I'm not fat any more,” she says. Running is good{#blank#}7{#/blank#}health in other ways, too. Many runners say running also makes people{#blank#}8{#/blank#}（strong）. “After school, I like to run for ten minutes.     Every August a fantastic sight can{#blank#}4{#/blank#}(see) in the skies above Ontario and Montreal—millions of amazing Monarch butterflies beginning their 4,000-kilometer journey from Canada to Central Mexico.  In fact, the journey, which{#blank#}5{#/blank#} (take) about 3 months, is longer than the average life of the butterfly. Finally many of the butterflies reaching their final place are the great grandchildren or even the great great grandchildren of the butterflies who {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(begin) the journey in Mexico the year before.
