T: To commemorate(纪念) an ancient Chinese poet(诗人).

D: How do you usually celebrate it?

T: We usually eat rice dumplings on that day. But this year, we did something more {#blank#}3{#/blank#}.

D: What did you do?

T: Our school had a dragon boat race.

T: Our class.

    lf you think you'll have {#blank#}3{#/blank#} saying what's on your mind, write it down on a piece of paper. A kid doesn't have to share every feeling he has, but it is important to share feelings when he needs help. You don't have to solve every problem {#blank#}4{#/blank#} .

    Sometimes you need help. Talking with someone about your feelings can be the first step.
