Today is October 4th．It's World Animal Day．Gina  and her sister Sally go to the{#blank#}1{#/blank#}early．They want to do some things for the{#blank#}2{#/blank#}there．In the south of the zoo，Gina finds an elephant．Its{#blank#}3{#/blank#} are kind of dirty．Gina and Sally get some{#blank#}4{#/blank#}and clean them．After that they get some food for this elephant．After the elephant eats the food，the two girls take a photo with it．Then they play with it．

    This elephant is{#blank#}5{#/blank#}．It can draw．It can play soccer,too．Gina and Sally like it very much．Gina and Sally play with it for a long time．They have a great time in the zoo．

    Each spring brings many wildflowers along the highway that I travel to work. There is one special blue {#blank#}1{#/blank#}that has always caught my eyes. Every day for two weeks.

    I see the beautiful flowers.

    This spring, I started a wildflower garden in our yard. I can {#blank#}2{#/blank#}out of the kitchen window while doing the {#blank#}3{#/blank#}and see the flowers. I've often thought that those lovely blue flowers along the highway would look great in my wildflower {#blank#}4{#/blank#}.

    Every day I drove past the flowers thinking, "I'll stop on my way home and dig {#blank#}5{#/blank#}But I didn't want to get my clean clothes dirty... "I never {#blank#}6{#/blank#} to dig them One day on my way home from work, I was {#blank#}7{#/blank#}to see the highway workers had cut off the pretty blue flowers. I thought to myself, "You waited too {#blank#}8{#/blank#}You should have done it when you first saw them blooming this spring.

    A week ago we were sad to learn that my oldest sister {#blank#}9{#/blank#}a cancer, She is 20 years older than me, and because of being far away, we {#blank#}10{#/blank#}ever visited her, I thought about the pretty blue flowers and then about my sister, I won't miss the time I can spend staying with her.

Tom: Nice to meet you, Jack!

Jack: No, I don't. I have a soccer ball.

Why is music important to people? Because life{#blank#}1{#/blank#}music wouldn't be active. Different kinds of music express different life experiences. So, when we listen to different kinds of music, they can bring us different {#blank#}2{#/blank#}. For example, rock music can make us {#blank#}3{#/blank#}, classical music can make us relaxed; and country music can make us think of the beautiful country life. At different ages, people have different ideas about music. Young people today enjoy pop music {#blank#}4{#/blank#}their parents prefer listening to classical music. Perhaps this is. because young people are {#blank#}5{#/blank#}with energy and faster music can let their energy come out. Their parents have worked very hard during the day and they have got tired when they come back home. So, they would like to listen to classical music to make themselves relaxed.
