Our environment is getting{#blank#}1{#/blank#} than before. Now more and more people realize that we should do something to help the Earth. Here are the things we can do to help the Earth: We can recycle glass, metal and paper. We shouldn't throw{#blank#}2{#/blank#} in the garbage can（垃圾箱）! We can{#blank#}3{#/blank#} instead of driving cars! We should try to{#blank#}4{#/blank#}  short showers and turn off all the{#blank#}5{#/blank#} and the TV when we leave the room. All of these things will help the Earth.

You are so {#blank#}1{#/blank#} at night, but you can't sleep. Here are some good{#blank#}2{#/blank#} . First, you should be in a{#blank#}3{#/blank#} room. That's important. You should put your {#blank#}4{#/blank#} in some warm water {#blank#}5{#/blank#}  you go to bed, and that's a traditional way. You should have a glass of milk. It's{#blank#}6{#/blank#}  for sleeping. You should think you are in a beautiful place. It is very quiet there and there are many trees and you walk slowly. That{#blank#}7{#/blank#}  like a good idea. It can help you to sleep soon.
Sleeping is important to our{#blank#}8{#/blank#}  .Don't be stressed out. Go to bed {#blank#}9{#/blank#} , eat more{#blank#}10{#/blank#}and  do some exercise. And everyone will have a good sleep tonight.

    After a quick breakfast, I went into the lecture hall in a hurry．A famous teacher was{#blank#}1{#/blank#}to the students．He was holding up a $100 bill．Then he said to the three hundred students，"Who would like this $1 00 bill?" The students put up{#blank#}2{#/blank#}hands at once．Then he said，"I am going to give this $100 bill to one of you，but{#blank#}3{#/blank#}，let me do this．"He made the bill into a ball．Then he said. "Who{#blank#}4{#/blank#}it now?" The hands went back into the air．"Well," he said，"what if I do this?" and he{#blank#}5{#/blank#}it on the floor and stepped on it．He picked up the{#blank#}6{#/blank#}bill and said．"Who still wants it?" Hands went back again into the air．

    "My friends,"? he said，"you have learned a valuable(有价值的){#blank#}7{#/blank#}today．No matter what I did to the $100 bill! Many{#blank#}8{#/blank#}in our life，we are dropped and stepped on．We feel as if we are worth nothing．But remember, no matter what{#blank#}9{#/blank#}happened to you，you will never lose your value：You are{#blank#}10{#/blank#}valuable to those people who love you．Your value doesn't come from what you do or whom you know, but who you are．"
