    Louis Cha (Chinese: Cha Leung Yung; 10 March 1924 - 30 October 2018), better known by his pen name Jin Yong, was a Chinese wuxia novelist and essayist,  co-founded the Hong Kong daily newspaper Ming Bao in 1959 and served as  first editor-in-chief. He  (be) Hong Kong's most famous writer.

    His wuxia novels have a widespread following in Chinese communities worldwide.         While thousands of college students headed for warm climate to enjoy sun and fun during their week off from classes, seven local students had other plans.
