All ladies want to be slimmer and thinner. Surveys show that most ladies never stop trying to lose (体重) all the time. So do I.I  to(过去) be fat, so I decided to eat less. I said goodbye to my favorite (甜食), ice-cream. It worked and I became slimmer. However, I was not energetic as usual and my face became (苍白的) as chalk. What's more, I began to have a (疼痛) in my stomach. It greatly influenced my (日常的) life. At the (圣诞节) party, I fainted(晕倒) in the restroom all of a (突然). My family (开车) me to the nearest hospital at once. The doctor advised me to keep slim and thin in a scientific way. From then on, I started eating healthy food and taking an (积极的) part in sports as well.
