I'm a girl from Guangzhou. I have a pen pal. His name is John. He's an Australian boy. He's twelve years old. He studies in Guangzhou now. John is a good student. He studies hard every day. John often cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner by himself. He likes Chinese food very much. He is interested in cooking. And he's good at cooking.

Little Water Drop: I come from the sea.

Ann: Oh，that's far from here.

Little Water Drop: Yes. I come here in a cloud. I fly over rivers and mountains.

Ann: Now you fall down here. How do you go back to the sky?

Little Water Drop: The sun shines and shines. I get hot. Then I go up to the sky. It's cool there. I am in a cloud.

Ann: Do you feel happy?

Little Water Drop: Yes, I do. I can help people. I am useful. People use water to wash clothes and vegetables, cook food, wash clothes, make drinks and so on. Farmers use water to grow crops and firemen use water to put out fires.

This is my day

    I am a doctor. I work at night. I go to work at 6:30 p. m. I eat dinner at 9:30. I usually go home at 8:00 in the morning. After breakfast, I go to bed at 9:10 a. m. I usually get up at 2:30 in the afternoon. I eat lunch at 3:00 in the afternoon. Then I play sports at 4:00 in the afternoon.

    This is my day. I enjoy my life.

    How are you? Next week, my family will go to Xi'an for a holiday. It is in the west of China. We'll go there by plane. We'll arrive at Xianyang airport in the morning.
