It was Sunday yesterday.The weather was great. It was sunny and hot all day. Jenny and I went to a beautifulbeach. We had great fun playing in the water. In the afternoon, we went shopping. The shops were too crowded. So we didn't enjoy ourselves. At night, wewent to see a film. It was so interesting, I enjoyed it so much. At last, wedidn't have any money for a taxi. So we had to walk back. I was very tired whenI got home.

    Hi, I'm Mary. I'm a pupil. I usually get up at six on weekdays. I have tea and bread for breakfast. I have two friends. One is Lucy and the other is Lily. Lucy often gets up at six thirty. She likes bread and milk. But Lily likes hamburgers and tea. She doesn't like milk at all.

    The New Year's Eve party was going on when the bell rang. A tall man opened the door and came in. Nobody knew him, but the host went over and took him in. The man sat there happily for an hour and drunk. Then he said, “No one invited me to this party. I don't know you, or anyone else here. My wife and I wanted to go out in our car, but one of your friend's cars was in front of our gate, so I came here to find him, and my wife is still waiting in our car!”

    I get up at 6: 50 every morning. Then I put on my clothes and shoes. And I eat my breakfast at 7: 20. I have milk, apple and bread for my breakfast. I go to school by bus. I arrive at school at 8: 00. Then I have my lesson at 8: 20. I go home at 5: 30 after school.

    Many years ago, there were no tall buildings in our city. There were some small houses. Only a few people lived here. They were farmers and fishermen. The air was clean. Now there are lots of tall buildings. Toc many people live here. They do many different jobs. The traffic is busy and noisy.
