Dear Alice,

    I was delighted to receive your letter. Thank you on the English dictionary you bought it for me. I received it this morning. There is no doubt which it is of great help to me. I'm deep grateful for your advice that I should pay more attentions to practising my spoken English. I've made up my mind to speak English both in and out of class. Next month I'll take trip to Australia, which is organizing by my school. I hope I can practise my spoken English there as many as possible.           Not all stress is bad for you.Somekinds of stress can help you get things do better, like when you are runningtowards the finishing line or when you are being asked to give a speech to yourclass.Stresssometimes can help push you to make full preparation for a test.However,too much stress can result in anger, depression and other related problems,which we need to take serious.

There are many things in our life whatmight cause stress —— having too much homework, taking a difficult test,and having economic problems.

It's impossible to live in a lifecompletely free of stress, so you should learn to deal with stress.The best way reduce stress is to have a balance life.If you get enough sleep, eat properly,take more exercise and have enough fun time, you'll probably feel less stressed.
