    In my view, the Internet is helpful. It is known to all, the Internet is playing important part in our daily life. On the Internet, we can read news home and abroad and got as much informations as we can. We can also attend to the net school and read many books. We can even do shopping online. Besides, your ability to operate the computer can be improved great. So we should not be addicted to the Internet, or we'll get our life and study destroying. In addition, we should keep off the harm websites. Anyhow, this doesn't prevent the Internet from becoming our friend.

    Rope skipping is a sport suitable for people of all age. People skip rope for fun and exercise.

    Every student are able to learn to skip. You can skip alone or with your classmates. If you skip alone, you will need short rope about double the length of your high. You should turn the rope slow so that you can skip safely. It might help with if you can sing a rhyme while skips.

    When you skip rope, your heart beats fast than usual and your body is stressed. Therefore, stop for a rest after you injure yourself. So, pick up a rope, finding a silly rhyme and start skipping.

    I was going home by bike in a cold afternoon when my bike broke down. As I was wondering how to do, an old man came over. He offered to help me and soon my bike repaired. I thanked him but asked how to reward him. She shook his head and then told me a story about how a boy had helped him two year before. His story moved me deep. I looked at the man, with my eyes filling with tears. I never thought he could keep such a little incident in the mind for years. Only then do I begin to believe that one good turn deserves another.

    One year ago, I was in great trouble. I worked hard at English and devote all my spare time to practise it. But I failed to pass the mid-term examination, which made me great disappointed. So I asked my grandpa for help when I got to home. Hearing that I told him, he said, "Examination results are sometime unexpected. You can't judge your progress by one examination." He encouraged myself to work hard for long time to check my results. I took my grandpa's advice. Now I realize that the process of learning is much more important and my English is more better than before. From my experience, I feel that we should listen to opinion from old people.
