    I'm very well in Shanghai. It's a beautiful city. I like the place. And I made a new friend. Her name is Huanhuan. She's got long and black hair. She's got big eyes. She is tall and thin. She's clever. But she is a bit shy. She likes English best. And she works hard. She often helps me. I miss you. I will be back next month.

    Tomorrow is the Dragon Boat Festival. In the morning, I'm going shopping with my parents. We are going to buy some good food. Then we are going to watch dragon boat races. In the afternoon, my mom is going to make zongzi with my grandma. In the evening, we are going to have a big dinner together.

Amy: Today is Sunday. Let's go to the nature park.

Mike: Great! Is there a forest in the park?

Amy: Yes, there is. There is a lake, too. There are many boats on the lake.

Mike: Are there many birds in the forest?

Amy: Yes, there are. And there are many plants in the forest.

Tony: What's your favourite food?

Sandy: Hamburgers.

Tony: Me too. Why do you like them?

Tony: What's your father's favourite food?

Sandy: He loves beef.

Tony: What about your mother?

Sandy: She loves salad.

Tony: What would you like to drink now?

Sandy: I'd like some orange juice.

Tony: Me too.

    There is a frog (青蛙). He lives in a well (井) and he never goes out of the well. He thinks the sky is as big as the mouth of the well.

    One day a crow (马狗) comes to the well. He sees the frog and say, "Frog, let's have a talk." Then the frog asks, "Where are you from?" "I fly from the sky," the crow says. The frog feels surprised (惊讶) and says, "The sky is only as big as the mouth of the well. How do you fly from the sky?"

    The crow says, "The sky is very big. You always stay in the well, so you don't know the world is big."

    The frog says, "I don't believe(相信)." But the crow says, "You can come out and have a look by yourself." So the frog comes out from the well. He is very surprised. How big the world is!

    I like to paint on T-shirts in my spare time. I often paint after finishing my homework. I got this idea two years ago for my brother's birthday gift.

    I wanted a special T-shirt for my brother's birthday gift, but the shop wanted $20 for a special design(设计)on a T-shirt, so I decided to do it myself. I bought a white cotton T-shirt and some paints, and I painted a lion in the front. It only cost (花费)$6.

    When I gave it to my brother on his birthday, he loved it very much. You needn't be a great artist, and you can just paint simple things. The T-shirts are the most expensive part of my hobby. And you need to buy good-quality(质量) brushes. I love my hobby because I can make T-shirts that no one else has. I give a lot of them away as presents to my family members and friends. They love them very much.
