Tony Hudgell set his aim to walk 10 kilometres on his prosthetic(义肢的) legs and walking sticks to help the Evelina London 1 Hospital. He spent three months under their care after suffering injuries(伤). His injuries were 2 serious that he finally had to have both legs cut at the knee.

Scientists found that exercise can improve our divergent(发散的) thinking and convergent（聚合的) thinking. These are the two parts of creative thinking. The first means thinking of several answers to one problem, and the second means thinking of one answer to one problem.
Scientists did an experiment on two groups of people. The first group needed to exercise at least three times a week, and the second one didn't need to do that. Three months later, scientists found that people from the first group did better in creative thinking than the second group. I still remember the day when I was driving a car home with my father. The weather was really bad. We almost caught in the heavy storm.
